Saba redesign, The challenge
As a design lead at Amblique I had the opportunity to work closely with the Apparel Group & co. with the mission to transform their online eCommerce presence.
Guiding the production team to finalise wireframes and IA for both Saba and Sportscraft websites taking into account the best eCommerce and usability practices. Furthermore, there was constant communication with the development team throughout the process to meet deadlines and goals set by the project manager.
Once we defined the minimum viable product, initial designs were presented then approved by the AP&Co marketing team.

One of the biggest challenges of this project was making sure the experience was user friendly on mobile devices.
More than 60 static UI screens were designed including: categories, product detail, overlay notifications, cart, checkout, store locator and general information pages.
The design was completed in 2012 and it is still up to date with the current web design standards.
